MTP customizable parties are hosted in our new space at 1301 Locust Street.
We have clean, spacious play zones and entertaining add-ons to make your party memorable and completely unique.

Choose your party space
Upstairs Gym rental: $435
2 hour playtime and use of large gym, connected dance room, indoor gym for balance, run, flipping and climbing activities. Accommodates up to 60 guests. Great for the most active party guests. Price includes 12 party children (ages 1-12). $15 per extra child.
Downstairs Playspace: $490
2 hour of private play with full access to the connected bar/snack area. Includes treehouse, slide, swing, mini-market, and a pre-walker play zone. Accommodates up to 40 guests. Great for smaller parties. Appropriate for ages 1-3 years. Price includes 12 party children. $15 per extra child.
Party Decoration: $55-$85
Our decor packages comes with paper plates, napkins, plastic utensils, table toppers in the color of your choice, plastic cups, candles, a lighter, and a dozen balloons or giant gold mylar number balloon for the birthday child, and birthday banner.

Need balloons filled on-site?
We’ve got you covered! The helium charge for small/medium mylars is $2.50- $8.00 and $20.00 for large/life size balloons. Latex balloons bouquets can be purchased for $25 per dozen in the colors of your choice.

Bounce, leap, and fly (almost!) with our Air Track or Castle Bounce House.
Available for 45 mins.

MTP Musician: $200
The Party Musician experience provides 45 minutes of high energy game instruction and performance.

Balloon Twister: $225
Best for parties with between 8 and 15 children attending, our balloon artists are truly wizards of inflated arts.
Available for 60 mins.

Face Painter: $225
Best for parties with between 8 and 15 children attending, our face painters are able to accommodate themes and requests.
Available for 60 mins.

MTP Dance/Movement instructor: $200
Hire one of our fantastic movement instructors to provide age appropriate games and dance activities while you relax and enjoy the party!

Refund/Cancellation/Rescheduling
Party Deposits are non-refundable

If you find you need to reschedule your party, Music Theatre Philly will make every effort to afford this accommodation. However, as our parties are in high demand, there will be a $50 fee to reschedule if the request is more than four weeks out. At three weeks out there will be a $100 fee, and a $200 fee for any rescheduling at two weeks or less.

If you cancel or reschedule your party with less than two weeks notice, you will also be responsible for any additional fees that Music Theatre Philly may have incurred in the planning of your party – these will include catering and staff fees and will be dependent on the size/choices you've made with our party planner.

Music Theatre Philly reserves the right to cancel a party or close the facility due to inclement weather or unforeseen, uncontrollable circumstances. If a party is canceled, every attempt will be made to reach those registered to reschedule the party ASAP. In the event that the event cannot be rescheduled, a refund will be issued to the family in the form of original payment.
