Congratulations on your new arrival! Welcome to the world of parenting, where every moment is a new adventure.

​

In this 60-minute, discussion and support based class, you and your baby will meet other first-time parents where you can bond with and explore common topics like adjusting to parenthood, emotional changes, infant development, and sleep. Led by a child development educator and clinical licensed social worker, you'll gain insights from guest speakers including sleep consultants, breastfeeding specialists, and therapists. Learn practical tips, enjoy lap songs, discover age-appropriate resources, and foster lifelong connections with fellow parents on this journey together.

 

Note: This exclusive class is designed for those who have recently given birth, welcomed a child via surrogacy, or adopted a newborn. While partners are cherished, we kindly ask that they stay at home.
