In this 60-minute, discussion and support based class, you and your baby will meet other first-time parents where you can bond with and explore common topics like adjusting to parenthood, emotional changes, infant development, and sleep. Led by a child development educator and clinical licensed social worker, you'll gain insights from guest speakers including sleep consultants, breastfeeding specialists, and therapists.
